Combat Engine & Guild Raids

The heart of the Levlix RPG is its interactive, turn-based PvE combat system against a dynamic roster of monsters.

Combat Modes

Hunt

The quickest way to earn gold and XP. Use /rpg hunt to engage a random monster in a short fight. There is a short cooldown between hunts.

Adventure

A longer combat sequence with increasing difficulty. Adventures have a longer cooldown and offer better rewards than standard hunts.

Dungeons

Multi-floor instances with progressively harder enemies and a boss encounter. Enter with /rpg dungeon. Each dungeon has a minimum and maximum level requirement:

Dungeon Level Range Floors
Forest Ruins 10 - 20 5
Abandoned Mine 20 - 35 7
Vampire Castle 40 - 55 10
Volcano Depths 55 - 70 12
Frozen Fortress 70 - 85 15
Dragon Nest 85 - 100 20

Higher-level dungeons have longer cooldowns and better rewards. Each dungeon features boss encounters and rest points along the way.

The Combat Engine

When you encounter a monster, health, resource bars, and critical hits are calculated in real time.

  • Basic Attacks: Consistent damage using your ATK stat against the enemy's DEF.
  • Class Abilities: Consume your class resource (Rage, Energy, or Mana) to unleash powerful skills.
  • Cooldown Management: Skills have cooldowns that must be managed to survive elite enemies.

Damage Mechanics

  • Critical Hits: Every attack has a chance to critically strike for bonus damage. Higher LCK increases your critical hit chance.
  • Damage Variance: Each hit deals slightly varying damage, keeping fights dynamic and unpredictable.

Monster Types

Monsters come in four tiers of increasing difficulty and reward:

Type Description
Normal Standard enemies found in hunts and early dungeon floors.
Elite Tougher monsters with better loot drops.
Boss Dungeon bosses with unique mechanics and guaranteed rare+ loot.
Raid The most powerful enemies, designed for coordinated party play.

Guild Raids (Co-Op Dungeons)

Sometimes, a monster is too powerful for a single adventurer. Team up with other server members in cooperative dungeon runs via the Guild Raids system. Strategy and teamwork are required to defeat high tier bosses, but the exclusive rewards are worth the risk.

Some dungeons are designed for groups and require a party. Completing a raid distributes loot to the entire party.

Start a raid by grouping up with your friends using /party create and entering a dungeon together!
