Levlix Feedback & Bug Reports Guide

The Levlix Feedback system gives your community a structured way to report bugs, request features, and provide general feedback, all directly from Discord.

Commands

Feedback Menu

/feedback public: <true/false> language: <optional override>

Opens an interactive menu with buttons for submitting bug reports, feature requests, or general feedback. Set public: true to show the menu publicly in the channel.

Bug Report

/bug-report

Opens a detailed bug report form as a Discord modal. Fill in the description and steps to reproduce, then submit. The report is automatically posted to the development team's forum channel.

Rate limit: A daily limit applies to prevent spam.

Feature Request

/feature-request

Opens a feature request form. Submitted requests are posted to a community forum where other members can vote on them.

Rate limit: A daily limit applies to prevent spam.

/popular-features

View the most popular feature requests ranked by community votes. This helps the development team prioritize features the community actually wants.

How It Works

  1. A user submits a bug report or feature request via the modal form.
  2. Levlix creates a new thread in the designated Discord forum channel.
  3. Other community members can discuss and vote on feature requests.
  4. The development team tracks status changes (open, planned, in development, implemented).

Notes

  • Daily limits prevent spam while still allowing meaningful feedback.
  • All submissions are logged and tracked for follow-up.
  • Feature requests support a community voting system with score tracking.
