Events Module — Admin Setup Guide
This guide walks administrators through enabling the Events module, running a seasonal event, and managing ongoing events from Discord. For a member-facing overview of what events feel like from the participant side, see the Community Events feature page.
Enabling the Module
- Open the Levlix Dashboard and select your server.
- Go to Modules and enable the Events module.
- The
/eventcommand group and the admin dashboard become available on your server within a minute.
The Admin Dashboard
All event management happens through a single dashboard command:
/event eventadmin

This opens an interactive view with tabs for:
- Active Events — start, pause, extend, or end events that are currently running.
- Scheduled Events — queue up events to start automatically at a future date.
- Archive — review past events, participant counts, and winners.
- Settings — announcement channel, default language, and reward multipliers.
All actions create an audit trail viewable from the Levlix Dashboard.
Seasonal Event Packs
Levlix ships with nine built-in seasonal event packs. Each pack comes with its own theme, collectibles, and leaderboard:
| Event | Typical season |
|---|---|
| Easter | March / April |
| Spring | March / April / May |
| Summer | June / July / August |
| Autumn | September / October / November |
| Halloween | Late October |
| Valentine | Mid-February |
| Christmas | December |
| New Year | Late December / January |
| Winter | December / January / February |
Packs can be started, paused, or scheduled independently. You can run multiple events at once if your community is large enough to sustain them, or stick to one per season for more focus.
Member Commands Reference
These commands are available to everyone when the module is enabled:
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
/event list |
List all currently active events |
/event leaderboard |
Show the leaderboard of the active event |
/event my_collections |
View collectibles earned across all events |
/event history |
Past events the member participated in |
Setup Checklist
- Pick an announcement channel in Settings so event kickoff and winner-announcement messages have a home.
- Decide whether to enable automatic seasonal starts. If on, Levlix launches the corresponding seasonal pack on its canonical date without any action from staff.
- If your server is multilingual, set the default language — event messages will fall back to this when a member's own language preference is unset.
- Let members know via an initial announcement that the module is live, especially on the first event of a season.
