Getting Started with Levlix

Welcome! This guide walks you through adding Levlix to your Discord server and getting everything set up in under five minutes.

Inviting the Bot

1. Visit the Levlix Invite Page on our website.
2. Click the invite button. Discord will ask you to select a server.
3. Choose the server where you want to add Levlix and confirm the permissions.
4. Levlix joins your server and slash commands are available immediately.

You need Manage Server permission on the target server to add bots.

Right after joining, Levlix posts a welcome message on your server with two ways to set it up: Open dashboard leads to the web dashboard (recommended), and Start runs the basics right in Discord. The web setup needs Administrator, Start and /setup in Discord need Manage Server. The Discord setup is also available any time with /setup. If Levlix cannot post in any channel, it sends the message to the server owner by direct message instead.

First Steps After Inviting

Once Levlix is on your server, try these commands to get started:

Setting Up the Web Dashboard

Levlix comes with a full Web Dashboard for managing your server visually:

1. Go to levlix.io/servers.
2. Log in with your Discord account.
3. Select your server from the list. Servers where you can add Levlix but have not yet are listed under Available Servers.
4. If Levlix joined the server in the last 14 days and you own it or hold Administrator, the setup wizard opens first (see below). Otherwise you land on the server's Overview.

The sidebar on the left holds everything for the server you picked. At the top, the server switcher changes servers and links to All servers and Add server. Under Tools, the server's pages are grouped into Engagement, Economy, Moderation and Discord; a page whose module is switched off shows a lock. The Server section holds Modules, Settings (owner and administrators only) and Server Health. At the bottom, Help & Feedback leads to feature requests, bug reports, the documentation and the support server, and the Levlix button opens events, the RPG Adventure and your account settings.

The dashboard covers every module, while /setup in Discord covers the basics.

The Setup Wizard

The setup wizard at /server/{id}/setup walks you through a new server in three steps. It is open to the server owner and to members with Administrator.

1. Features: one switch per module, grouped into Levels & Points, Moderation & Safety, Community and Games. Load a suggestion: sets the switches for Community, Gaming or Moderation only, and you can adjust everything afterwards. A preview shows which commands your members get when they type /. Help, invites and notifications are always on.
2. Set up: only the features you switched on that still need something. Pick the Server language, a Moderator role and a Mod-log channel for Moderation, a Log channel for Logging, and the channels for level-ups, welcome messages and counting. Create for me creates a missing channel or role. You can skip every card.
3. Check: Server Health checks the permissions, channels and roles your modules rely on and lists what is blocked or works only partly. Finish takes you to the server overview.

Continue later leaves the wizard for now; the server overview then offers Continue setup. Skip and go to the server closes the wizard for good. Everything you choose here can be changed later on the Modules page and on each module's own page.

Enabling Modules

Levlix is modular. Not every feature needs to be active on every server. On the Modules page in the dashboard sidebar (under Server), members with Manage Server can enable or disable entire modules with a single toggle:

• RPG Adventure - Full role-playing system with classes, dungeons, and loot
• Minigames - Slots, Crash, Rock-Paper-Scissors, Coinflip, Dice and more
• XP System - Text and voice XP with automatic role rewards
• Counting Game - Collaborative counting game
• Quiz System - Interactive trivia with point rewards
• Points Shop - Virtual item marketplace
• Events and Giveaways - Seasonal events and point giveaways
• And more - Moderation, milestones, tasks, and invites

Each module is independent. Enable only what fits your community. A module you switch off disappears from your members' command list, and its settings are kept. The page sorts modules into Active, Inactive and Always on, the core features that cannot be switched off but have settings.

Recommended Setup Order

For a brand new server, we recommend this setup sequence:

1. Welcome Messages - Set up a greeting in the dashboard so new members feel welcomed.
2. XP & Leveling - Enable XP tracking and configure a few level roles to create a progression loop.
3. Daily Rewards - Activate daily claims to give members a reason to visit every day.
4. Tasks - Add daily and weekly challenges for bonus engagement.
5. Mini Games - Enable the games module to give members something to spend their points on.

After that, explore the RPG module, counting channels, quizzes, and everything else at your own pace.
