Levlix XP & Leveling Guide
The Levlix XP Module provides a complete leveling system that rewards members for being active on your server. Users earn XP from text and voice activity, level up automatically, and can be rewarded with custom roles at specific level thresholds.
How XP is Earned
Text XP
Members earn XP for sending messages in text channels. The exact amount is configurable by the server admin.
Voice XP
Members earn XP for spending time in voice channels. The following rules apply:
- Users in the AFK channel do not earn voice XP.
- Users who are server-deafened do not earn voice XP.
- Users must be actively connected and not paused to qualify.
User Commands
Rank Card
/rank user: <optional @member>
View your XP level, total XP, server rank, and a visual progress bar. You can optionally view another member's rank by mentioning them.
XP Leaderboard
/leaderboard
View the top 10 users on the server ranked by total XP.
Level Roles
Admins can configure automatic role rewards that are assigned when a user reaches a specific level. For example:

When a user levels up and reaches a configured threshold, the role is assigned automatically. Role configuration is managed through the admin dashboard.
Role-Reward Mode: Optionally, only the highest earned reward role is kept when a member levels up — so veterans no longer carry a stack of every intermediate role they passed through. This can be toggled per server from the dashboard.
Level-Up Announcements
When a member levels up, Levlix can post a public celebration message. From the dashboard you can:
- Choose the announcement channel (or disable the feature entirely).
- Use a custom message template with placeholders for the member, the new level, and their role reward.
- Quiet announcements during XP-grinding periods by limiting which levels trigger a message.
Admin Dashboard
/xp-admin
Opens the XP system administration dashboard where you can:
- View and configure level role thresholds
- Adjust XP gain settings
- Manage the leveling system for your server
Progression
Higher levels require progressively more XP to reach. The XP curve is configurable by the server admin through the dashboard.
