September brought the public feedback portal, Discord AutoMod in the dashboard and a German version of the whole website. Commands are now published per server, and the smaller fixes are listed below.

  1. Added 13

    • Feedback You can now file feature requests and bug reports straight from the website and vote for the ones you want to see next. See the feedback page.
    • Feedback Every entry has its own page with the full description, the discussion around it, its status history and similar entries. The list is searchable, filterable and shows the votes.
    • Feedback New entries are reviewed before they become public. You can still edit your own entry while it waits, and you get a message when its status changes.
    • AutoMod Discord AutoMod has its own page in the dashboard. It lists every rule your server has, and you can create, edit, switch off and delete them without leaving Levlix.
    • AutoMod Five ready-made AutoMod templates can be adopted with one click, among them protection against scam and phishing links and a block for invites to other servers. For a server without any active rules, the Security Check installs the three basic ones in one step.
    • AutoMod Your word filter can be mirrored into Discord AutoMod so it stops a message before it is posted, and the actions Discord takes on its own now land in your case log.
    • Tickets The ticket page in the dashboard shows statistics per team member, so you can see how the work is spread across your support team. See the tickets guide.
    • Invites Your server can now give every member their own permanent invite link to a channel you choose, for example a hidden verification channel. The dashboard presents the two modes for /invites create as a clear choice. See the invites guide.
    • Languages Command names and descriptions now appear in your own Discord language instead of English only.
    • Website The site is now available in German, with a language switch in the header. Pages that are not translated yet fall back to English.
    • Docs The documentation is available in German as well, the search covers the language you are reading in, and every section has an index page plus several new guides.
    • Website Two new blog posts went up, a walkthrough for setting up a server and a tour of the XP system. Start with Setting Up Levlix in 5 Minutes.
    • Website This changelog. Every month since the launch is listed in English and German, with filters by module and category, reactions on every entry and a feed you can subscribe to.
  2. Changed 4

    • Bot Commands are published per server now. A module you switch off no longer shows its commands in Discord, so your members only see what the server actually uses.
    • Dashboard The modules page groups modules by their state, the server menu only lists the pages you can open, and switching a module on or off takes effect everywhere right away.
    • Dashboard Your server list is refreshed from Discord when you log in, so a server you just joined is there right away.
    • Privacy Your feedback entries and votes are part of the data export and of the deletion of your data, and the privacy notice says which of them are shown publicly. See the privacy policy.
  3. Fixed 11

    • AutoMod The caps filter counts letters instead of every character, so short shouts and messages full of digits pass. Without a mod-log channel the outcome is still recorded and the server owner is informed.
    • Bot Rank cards and charts are drawn without holding up other commands, and an answer stays in the language you picked all the way through.
    • Game IDs The game ID list in the dashboard shows every entry once and can be paged through and searched. See the game ID guide.
    • Daily Rewards The daily reward can no longer be claimed twice. See the daily rewards guide.
    • Giveaways Ending or cancelling a giveaway only affects the server you run the command in.
    • RPG Treasure rooms drop an item that matches the floor you are on.
    • Website The landing page no longer shifts while it loads, and the cards on the public pages are drawn correctly in every browser again.
    • Security Several security issues in the website and in the bot were fixed.
    • Docs The "Was this article helpful?" buttons at the end of a documentation page work again for everyone, logged in or not.
    • Server Logging The Discord AutoMod category can be routed to a log channel like every other category. Before, its events never reached a channel.
    • Quizzes A running quiz whose message was deleted in Discord is posted again when you save it in the dashboard, instead of staying open with no way to answer. See the quiz guide.
