August brought the server store to the web dashboard, a much larger set of AutoMod rules and a rebuilt levlix.io. Warnings can expire now, and a long list of smaller fixes is below.

  1. Added 9

    • Shop You can buy shop items straight from the web dashboard, with your points balance, what is available and your purchase history on one page. Codes you bought stay hidden until you reveal them.
    • AutoMod Rules can watch uploaded files. Custom filters match file names, file types and file sizes, and two new rule types catch numbered file series and attachments scattered across several channels.
    • AutoMod Threshold rules can fire on an exact count or on a range instead of only on "at least". Exact and range rules decide at the end of their window, so a fast burst cannot trigger them early.
    • Moderation Warnings can expire. Set a lifetime for the whole server or give a single warning its own duration with /warn, and expired warnings stop counting toward escalation. See the moderation guide.
    • Dashboard Signing in without a server that has Levlix is no longer a dead end. You get a server picker, can invite the bot from there, and the server list has a new filter for the servers where you are staff.
    • Website levlix.io has a new homepage and its own feature pages, with screenshots of the bot and the dashboard instead of promises.
    • Feedback You are told when the status of your bug report or feature request changes. See the feedback page.
    • Docs The dashboard is documented page by page with screenshots, and new pages cover the store, warning durations and the file rules in AutoMod. Read them in the documentation.
    • Ko-fi Tips are picked up right away. If you link your Discord account on Ko-fi before you tip, the cosmetic thank you role is granted without a wait.
  2. Changed 4

    • Website The public pages load faster and no longer jump while loading, the cookie banner keeps its place and screenshots stay sharp. The homepage and the legal pages state only what Levlix actually offers.
    • Docs The guides and blog posts were checked against what the bot does today and corrected where they were out of date.
    • Privacy The privacy pages state how long operational logs are kept, and that period is now enforced automatically. See the privacy policy.
    • Notifications The bell opens on its own again when something new arrives, and a setting decides whether it does. See the notifications guide.
  3. Fixed 12

    • Security Several security issues in the web dashboard and in the server protection were fixed.
    • Dashboard A server's dashboard pages and its leaderboard open only for members of that server.
    • Shop Buying is reliable. Two members can no longer end up with the same code, a double click no longer buys twice, uncapped items stop showing a purchase count, and scheduled items stay locked until their date. See the shop guide.
    • AutoMod Rules judge their window correctly. It starts at the first message, repeated messages are counted properly, and the rule editor rejects settings that would never work.
    • Points Rewards and manual balance changes are bounded. An amount that is too large is rejected with a message instead of breaking the balance.
    • Levels Role rewards accept role names of Discord's full length, automatic level roles no longer fail when the role already exists, and invalid XP settings are answered with a clear error. See the XP guide.
    • Website Display problems on the public pages are fixed, among them the community carousel slicing its last card, cut off community names and blurbs, and one community that could not be loaded taking the whole homepage down.
    • Bot Short interruptions in the background no longer turn into errors. Commands and dashboard pages try again and answer normally.
    • Quizzes A daily quiz that was never posted is closed when its day ends instead of being retried, and reposting a quiz tells you when the target channel is gone.
    • Counting /count setchannel accepts a channel name, not only a mention or an id.
    • Help Long category lists in the help menu are split into pages, so servers with many modules see every entry again.
    • Feedback The feedback widget works again without signing in, and votes on a feature request are no longer lost.
