Levlix is a free Discord bot with seasonal events built in: nine themes from New Year to Christmas, each with its own emojis, messages and hunts. While an event runs, drops appear in the channels where people are chatting, members react or guess to score, and at the end a winners' round pays bonus points and hands out a winner role. Events start with the season on their own or by hand, and they survive a bot restart without losing a drop.
Why events fail, and what Levlix does about it
Community events fail for two reasons: somebody has to remember to run them, and the same three fast members win everything. Levlix handles the first with a fixed calendar and auto-season. For the second, it favours taking part over racing: a drop is open to the first 3 members, a themed message to the first 5, a hunt to everyone, and a per-member cooldown keeps the fastest from sweeping every drop.

Drops only appear while the chat is active (at least 5 messages from at least 2 members in 10 minutes), never more than one per channel at a time. Admins can set the activity level to low, normal or high, exclude channels and categories, and set the cooldown.
Score, points and the winners' round
Every event keeps its own score for its leaderboard. Each score gain also pays server points, 100 % by default and adjustable from 0 to 200 %. When the event ends, places 1, 2 and 3 get bonus points (500, 300 and 150 by default, always paid in full), the optional winner role goes to the new top members (and is taken back when the next event starts), and the winners' round with the top 10 is posted to your announcement channel. Every run lands in the archive with its winners.
What members see
/eventshows the running theme, the end time, your own score and place, the leaderboard and the rewards on offer.- Without a running event, it shows the next theme on the calendar and the last winners.

What admins control
In /setup, Community → Events → Open event admin opens a card with four tabs: Status (start a theme with an end date, extend, end), Rewards (payout, bonuses, winner role), Announcements (channel, ping role, auto-season) and Leaderboard (current run and the last five runs). The same /setup page holds the basics, and the web dashboard holds everything plus excluded channels, activity level and cooldown. One event runs per server at a time. Not the same as giveaways
An event runs over a period and rewards taking part. A giveaway picks a winner at a deadline. Levlix does both as separate modules, so a Halloween event and a Friday raffle never get in each other's way. Giveaways
