Levlix is a free Discord bot whose every setting lives in a web dashboard: level roles and XP thresholds, the economy and the shop, module toggles, member stats and a full audit log, all in the browser, signed in with the Discord account you already have. Your server's role hierarchy is the permission system, so members, moderators and administrators each see exactly the controls they are allowed to use, and there is no second set of permissions to keep in sync.
What you can change
- Leveling. Level thresholds, the roles they grant, XP gain and the level curve, plus the announcement settings. Leveling
- Economy and shop. Transaction histories, balance adjustments, shop items with codes, limits and expiry dates, and a Shop Manager role for a community team. Economy
- Modules. Switch entire systems such as the RPG, events or games on or off with one toggle. A module that does not fit your server is one click away from gone.
- Members. Every member's level, total XP and points in one list.
- Player data. Adjust an RPG character's stats or inventory when a bug or an exploit calls for it.
Changes take effect immediately. There are no configuration files to edit and no bot to restart.
Your Discord roles are the permissions
The dashboard follows the role hierarchy your server already has: user, moderator, admin, owner. Members see their own stats and the shop. Moderators see the management tabs. Administrators see economy, shop and configuration. Modules can delegate further, for example a Shop Manager role that lets a community team maintain the catalogue without admin rights. Whoever is below the required role lands on the member view, even when they open a management URL directly.
Everything is logged
Every administrative action, point transfer, shop change and configuration edit is written to the audit log. When somebody asks who changed what and when, the answer is on the page. Manual changes to player data are recorded the same way.
A notification centre that survives a refresh
Every action you take in the dashboard leaves a confirmation in a persistent notification centre: up to 250 entries per account, kept in the database rather than the browser tab, so a reload does not wipe the history. New confirmations drop down for five seconds and sync in the background without a page reload.
Members use it too
The dashboard is not only for staff. Members sign in with the same Discord account to see their stats, buy from the shop with their points balance, review their purchase history and reveal bought codes on demand, and, if the RPG runs on the server, check the global leaderboard. Shop purchases from the dashboard go through the same checks as the slash command and succeed even when the bot is offline.
Built to be secure
Sign-in runs through Discord OAuth2 with session tokens, protected by CSRF checks and rate limiting, with optional two-factor authentication for the account. A one-command security check audits risky server settings and grades them with concrete fixes.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate account? No. The dashboard signs you in with your Discord account through OAuth2.
Who can see what? Whatever your Discord roles allow: members see their own data, moderators the management tabs, administrators everything. Roles are read from the server, not configured twice.
Do changes need a bot restart? No. Settings apply immediately.
Is there a record of changes? Yes. Every administrative action and point transfer is in the audit log.
What does it cost? Levlix is free to add to any Discord server. Add it to your server, then open the dashboard and pick the server.
