ChangedGiveaways Winners are notified with a ping when the result is posted.

FixedGiveaways A giveaway created in the dashboard is posted by the bot with its entry button and drawn at the end, and "End early" draws the winners. Before, the dashboard only saved it and nothing appeared in Discord. If the bot cannot post in the channel, the dashboard says why.
