Show affected modules in the changelogs as +X Modules

Currently all by a change affected modules are listed individually on a change. This approach can cause the list of modules to get really long which makes the whole changelog view very large. An better approach would be to only list one or two of the affected modules and for the rest add a +X which is clickable and expands the list maybe also in a drop-down of all affected modules. This way all information is still accessible but doesnt take that much space on each change by default.

Make changelog page more readable with less information and more information only on demand.

Benefit

Changelogs would take less space on the changelog page with all information still visible on demand.
