Growing a Discord server is hard. Knowing who is responsible for that growth should not be. Levlix's Invite Tracking module monitors every invite link, credits every join to the right person, and surfaces that data across your activity dashboards.
How Tracking Works
When a member joins your server, Levlix checks which invite code was used and credits the invite creator automatically. This happens in real time with no manual intervention required.
Members can create tracked invites with /invites create, setting custom parameters like maximum uses, expiration time, and whether the membership is temporary. Every invite created through Levlix is tracked from the moment it is generated.
Data That Matters
Invite data does not live in isolation. It feeds into multiple systems:
- Activity Tracking - Invite counts appear on the My stats tab of
/activityalongside messages, voice, and reactions. Members see their full contribution to the server, not just their chat activity. - Leaderboards - The activity leaderboard can be filtered by invites, showing who is actively growing the community.
- Milestones - Invite milestones reward members who consistently bring new people in. These achievements are tracked permanently.
This integration means that members who focus on growth rather than chat are recognized equally. Not everyone expresses their value through messages.
Admin Tools
Admins find the invite tools in /setup under Invites:
- Refresh invite data re-reads this server's invites from Discord and fills in any missing creator attributions. This is useful after adding Levlix to an existing server or recovering from downtime.
- The same screen shows server-wide invite statistics, including the top inviters.
Why Track Invites?
Most server owners know their server is growing but cannot answer the question "who is responsible?" Without tracking, the members who share your server link in other communities, on social media, or through word of mouth get zero recognition.
Invite tracking solves that. When a member sees their invite count rising on the My stats tab of /activity, it validates their effort. When they appear on the invite leaderboard, it motivates them to keep sharing. Recognition drives repetition.
Start tracking with /invites create or read the Invites Guide for setup details.
